Journey has been a defining part of my life. In a red Volkswagon camper, I made trips cross country, to Mardi Gras, and many more in between. Next came voyages up and down the eastern seaboard on the sailboat that I lived on for a decade. For many years I spent winters in warmer climates while sailing all summer.
My ultimate journey was sailing trans-Atlantic to Ireland and England. An expanded worldview, self-reliance, and developing rapport quickly were enhanced due to these adventures. It has often been said,"It's the journey, not the destination." I would change one word and say,"It's the journey AND the destination." I believe that the achievement of goals is equally important. There is energy released when goals are achieved and this leads to further journeys and goals.

For 34 years I have been a Physical Therapist and augmented my skills with a Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling. My road to coaching started 5 years ago with personal growth and transformation seminars. Graduating the Certified Performance Coaching program with Resource Realizations has opened numerous opportunities. I volunteer with Challenge Day, a national program to decrease bullying in schools. To further enhance my coaching effectiveness, I became a certified neurolinguistic practitioner.

A native of New Jersey, I have resided in Florida for 15 years where I enjoy year-round
golf, tennis, sailing, kayaking, and gardening. Where do you want to go on your Journey? When do you want to start? There is no better time than right now!
