A complimentary introductory session is available for all potential clients. This and ALL sessions are always confidential. Experience gaining clarity as to where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. The value of coaching will become evident to you in this session. Mini-Package: This set of 3 sessions, each for 50 minutes, is designed as a way of getting started, having a "tune up" after a full course of coaching, or for a specific issue/problem. The Mini-Package is $225. Coaching Sessions: As a Coaching Life's Journey client, you will have weekly 50 minute sessions with email communication in between. There will be time to fully explore your goals, steps to achieve them, and removing roadblocks, leading to obtaining the "life you love". Sessions are $100 and are pre-payable monthly. Group Coaching: This is an excellent option for many people. A small group of 3 to 5 clients is coached toward similar goals. Clients feel safer in a group. There is more accountability possible in this setting. A big advantage is the value offered by group coaching. This service is $20 per weekly session, payable monthly. |
I was initially impressed with Ron's enthusiasm for coaching and found it very easy to talk with him. It was comfortable sharing about my emotionally charged situations because Ron was non-judgemental and supportive. I learned what my part was in these situations rather than blaming others. One of my biggest realizations was that my coach was not going to solve my problems. Through him asking questions, I was able to see what my roadblocks were and then clearly know what to do. Our sessions included finishing writing a poetry book, deciding on and going though a divorce, and choosing a new career path. I am happier, more passionate in all that I do, have increased self-esteem, and respond instead of react.
