What is Coaching? Coaching is a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that empowers them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Both coach and client have responsibilities while neither partner is dominant. It is a relationship that features rapport, trust, commitment, and communication.

People start a coaching relationship because they want something different in their lives. Coaches ask,"Where are you now, and where do you want to go?". Topics may include:
