Top Reasons Why Our Puppies Would Make Great Coaches

Ann and Ron got 2 of the cutest puppies in the world for Christmas.  Many lessons have been presented and many learned.  Rosco and Mario are adding much joy in our lives and inspired this list.   Top Reasons Why Our Puppies Would Make Great Coaches     1. They're not judgemental.  They never tell us we're wrong or stupid.  2. Image is not an issue.  They are comfortable in their fur no matter how messy, dirty, silly, or matted it is.  3. Forgiving is automatic.  Two seconds after being disciplined they are giving love again.  4. Curiosity!  Everything is new to them and is worthy of exploring, sniffing, and chewing on.  5. No preconceived worldview.  The world is a clean slate.  6. They are persistent.  They find a way to get our socks despite our efforts to prevent this.  7. There is no welcome that compares to that of an excited puppy.  8. Anything is possible, there are no limits.  They really believe they can catch that cat or squirrel.  9. They accept us as whole and complete.  They would never try to change us.  10. Feedback is given on what works and what doesn't work.  Take out the pups after they eat or there will be poop on the floor.  11. Everything is a game, so enjoy.  Ron doing paperwork or putting on shoes and socks is great fun.  12. Highly developed senses.  They are much more sensitive than humans and are NLP masters.  13. They don't compare themselves to other dogs, nor us to other humans.  14. They play Big!  No stick is too large to carry around.  15. Most importantly, they are supportive.  Nestling in my lap with head on my arm always makes me feel better.       Please look for future articles on the growth and development of Rosco and Mario.
